Returns & Exchanges
Because all Dadaduty™ gear is made on‑demand specifically for each order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
However — if there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ve got your six.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost.
Please include:
•     Your order number
•     A brief description of the issue
•     A photo of the item
We’ll get your replacement gear deployed ASAP.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because each item is printed immediately after your order is placed, we can only modify or cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes can’t be made.
Sizing Issues
We encourage customers to check our size charts before ordering. Since each item is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing.
If you’re unsure, reach out — we’re happy to help you pick the right fit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please check:
•     With neighbors
•     Around your porch/garage
•     With your local post office
If it still can’t be located, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:
•     Damaged items
•     Incorrect items
•     Orders canceled within the 2‑hour window
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
