Order Processing
All Dadaduty™ gear is made on‑demand.
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be printed, packed, and prepared for shipment.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when your gear ships.

Shipping Times (United States Only)
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery time after production:
•     3–7 business days
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high‑volume periods.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, we are not responsible for lost packages.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update it.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please check:
•     With neighbors
•     Around your porch/garage
•     With your local post office
If it still can’t be located, reach out to us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll replace it at no cost.
